NeuroWellness Investors PDF Print E-mail

The following information is about NeuroWellness, Inc. as an investment opportunity. To meet legal restrictions, we have refrained from making forward-thinking projections. We have a Private Placement Memorandum that does all that (along with all the legal jargon and full disclosures!). We're extremely excited about our mission and would love to speak with you about investment possibilities.

Mission Statement

NeuroWellness develops custom programs to eliminate depression, ADHD, obesity and 80 other neurotransmitter-related diseases, without drugs or harmful side-effects, using patented amino acid formulas and proprietary "complete food" supplements.

Corporate History

NeuroWellness, Inc. was incorporated in November of 2007. It purchased the assets and client base from the 6 year old family business of Dr. Ross Stewart. So while our corporation is young, the practitioners, products and infrastructure are all well established.

Corporate Goals

We are preparing NeuroWellness to be able to handle thousands of clients a year. Because there are so many suffering people in our population, once they learn who we are and what we can do, we'll need to be able to handle the volume. Over the next 18 months, we'll be increasing clinic space, adding and training practitioners, adding support staff, hiring marketing and sales, and creating a first of it's kind “eClinic” (online, interactive client consulting and support). We'll also begin developing our new AminoFoods® product line (amino acids in custom-designed foods). During the next 36 months, we plan to establish 7 additional DFW clinics, and build a research, manufacturing & distribution facility. In order to significantly impact the lives of just 1% of our target market, we'll need to eventually expand to over 200 clinics across the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Growth Needs

Immediate: $750,000 - $1.5MM for research & development of the new AminoFoods® product line, additional clinic space, and creation of an “eClinic” (online, interactive client sales and support portal).

By end of 2011: $4 million for 4 additional DFW-area clinics, including the hiring and training of additional practitioners, and associated marketing.

By 2012: Possible initiation of an IPO to fund an additional 50 clinics across the US, Canada & Mexico
